The Signal Fire AI-30 Fiber Fusion Splicer is a fourth-generation optical fiber fusion splicing machine developed for professional fiber optic installation, maintenance and longer-distance mainline fiber optic cable projects. Its full-link integration design combines fiber fusion splicing with a built-in delayed-return electric one-step fiber cleaver, Optical Power Meter (OPM) and Visual Fault Locator (VFL), helping reduce the need for separate equipment.

The AI-30 uses six motors and high-precision fiber alignment technology to provide accurate fiber positioning and efficient splicing. Its real-time luminous flux assisted alignment technology analyzes the alignment point with the lowest splicing loss when used in environments with a stable optical signal link.

The integrated Optical Power Meter (OPM) supports multiple wavelengths and a measurement range of -50 to +30 dBm. The built-in Visual Fault Locator (VFL) provides 15mW output with flashing and constant-light modes and supports fiber line tracking, breakpoint and light-leakage detection.

Battery & Portable Design

The AI-30 features a 7800mAh lithium battery with a charging time of approximately 3.5 hours. According to the product specifications, it can continuously fuse and heat approximately 240 cores on a full charge. With a machine weight of approximately 3.09 kg and a complete toolbox set weighing approximately 5.50 kg, the AI-30 is designed for portable fiber optic construction work.
